Federal Services
Urgent Care EMS serves the nation by providing healthcare expertise, equipment, and speed in crisis situations. As a proud partner of AMR/FEMA's prime EMS/ambulance contractor, we offer ground paratransit services, and non-ambulance EMS personnel to support federal and military responses to disasters, terrorism, or public health emergencies.

Our Mission
During large-scale disasters like hurricanes, we perform hazard recognition, symptom surveillance, on-scene medical stand-by, and patient transport to free up hospital space. Our additional assets can distribute immunizations, staff shelters and emergency departments, and set up mobile medical units.
Our FEMA contract covers 48 states, coordinating care with state and local governments. We maintain an auxiliary fleet on standby for large-scale events and ensure local operations remain unaffected when staff are deployed to disaster sites.
Urgent Care EMS also provides local response to natural disasters or mass casualty incidents.

Our Role
Urgent Care EMS plays a vital role in emergency response across the
nation. Their partnership with AMR and FEMA allows them to provide a
wide range of services, including ground and air ambulance, paratransit,
and non-ambulance EMS personnel. This collaboration ensures that they can effectively supplement federal and military responses to various emergencies, such as disasters, acts of terrorism, or public health crises.
Urgent Care EMS works closely with state and local governments to coordinate patient care, evacuation-related functions, and other necessary EMS services. Their ability to respond quickly and efficiently to emergency situations highlights their commitment to supporting communities in times
of need.
